25/049 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Schedule 12 of the Local Government Act 1972 requires a record be kept of the Members present and that this record forms part of the minutes of the meeting. Members who cannot attend a meeting should tender apologies to the Clerk.

25/050 SPECIFIC DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Under the Localisms Act 2011 (Sections 26-37 and Schedule 4) and in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct, Members are required to declare any interests which are not currently entered in the Member’s Register of Interests or if he/she has not notified the Monitoring Officer of any such interest.
Members are invited to make written requests for Dispensations which should be submitted to the Chairman prior to the meeting.

25/052 LAND EAST OF BARTON-LE-CLAY PLANNING APPLICATION
To consider planning application CB/25/01641/RM, Land East of Barton-le-Clay: Reserved Matters: following Outline Application CB//21/02409/OUT (Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except vehicular access from Higham Gobion Road) for up to 500 homes, a 2.1ha site for a lower/primary school, a 60 unit extra care facility (Use Class C2) and provision of public open space with associated infrastructure and earthworks.) EIA development accompanied by an Environment Statement. Reserved matters for approval of Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale for 500 dwellings and open play areas

CB/25/01669/FULL, 81 Norman Road: Single storey front, side and rear extensions, with roof lights. Original converted garage, previously to utility and store room, now part of the extension
CB/25/01672/FULL, 67 Bedford Road: Part conversion of the detached garage with the creation of a first floor with a side dormer and side roof lights, use for a home office with a gym and motorbike garage to the ground floor
CB/25/01673/FULL, Rear of 41 Manor Farm Close: Construction of a detached dwelling.

25/054 ITEMS OF AN URGENT NATURE OR FOR INCLUSION ON THE NEXT AGENDA
Items raised will be restricted in order to avoid the Council breaching ultra vires resolutions.
