What information does the Parish Council hold?

Typically, this is limited to name and address from the Electoral Roll. If you have an allotment – we may hold some additional information such as email address and telephone numbers and this is part of a contract, so that we can contact you about it. We also hold information regarding the owners of Burial Plots in the Burial Ground.

In relation to the Parish Council mailing list we hold name, email address and general location details but not an address. The mailing list is aimed at members of the Parish and we only use it to advise of items in relation to matters within the Parish.

This is normally the extent of the information we hold on residents of the Parish.
The above lists are managed by an Officer of the Council and kept secure.

In accordance with the law, we only collect a limited amount of information about you that is necessary for correspondence, information and service provision.  We do not use profiling, we do not sell or pass your data to third parties.
