A huge thank you to our community for braving the wet weather to join together to remember those we have lost in the course of conflict, to reflect on those who have served and those who are currently serving.
A big thank you to David Cope for leading the service again this year, the many volunteers who came forward to man the road closure points, the resident who handmade the Tommy figures and Barton Scout Leaders, Andrea and Jason Baulk for making and siting the poppies around the village. Special thanks to Marek Kosala for performing The Last Post and Reveille, Central Bedfordshire Ward Councillor Childs, the Police and all organisations and residents for coming along to support the event.
