The second tree/hedge planting event will take place this Saturday 18th February between 1.30pm – 3.30pm at the Allotments, Hexton Road.
This is free to attend, no previous experience is needed and all equipment is supplied. We will be planting a wildlife hedge with native British tree and hedge species all of which have been supplied by the Woodland Trust and grown in the UK. Our thanks go to Barton Countryside Conservation, The Woodland Trust and The Co-op Local Community Fund for organising and funding the event.
